With the New Year comes the addition of a former AmLaw 100 partner to our team, Michael Wallenstein, and our new name:

Michael Wallenstein, with 18 years of experience in both boutique real estate and large international firms, joins us from Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, where he was a Litigation Partner. Michael will continue his wide-ranging practice in real estate and business litigation and trials. With more than 400 days of trial experience, and many business and real estate transactions and settlements, Michael, also a conservatory-trained actor, adds to the smart, creative outside-the box problem solving and practicality-driven litigation strategies that have been hallmarks of Wolf Group L.A. for the past 16 years.
Scott Antoine, an associate in the firm for more than seven years, has just been named the newest partner of Wolf Wallenstein & Abrams. Please join us in congratulating Scott on this achievement. Scott will continue his practice in business, real estate, trust and estate counseling and litigation.
