A New Chapter for Wolf Wallenstein Begins

Wolf Wallenstein, PC is pleased to update our clients and friends on several significant developments for the firm over the past several months.

First and foremost, the arrival of five new partners since mid-2022, including three who formerly practiced at large international firms, has more than doubled the firm’s size and substantively enhanced our litigation, environmental law and general business advisory services.

Justin Brossier focuses his practice on litigation with a particular emphasis on real estate-related disputes. He is experienced in complex business and commercial litigation, eminent domain and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) matters, as well as contract disputes, insurance recovery litigation, and product liability matters.

She has worked closely with major manufacturers and consumer-facing businesses to resolve claims alleging injuries due to various products, asbestos, silica, aluminum oxide, emissions, rat bite fever, bird fever and other zoonotic diseases.

Christopher Cummiskey’s practice is a blend of general counsel, real estate, construction, property management, and litigation work for corporations, nonprofits, small businesses, and a wide array of institutional and high-net-worth individual clients.

Keo Keopong advocates for and advises individuals, businesses, and organizations in a wide range of legal matters. She has significant experience handling civil and complex civil litigation and providing comprehensive guidance as outside general counsel to businesses.

Christopher “Smitty” Smith advocates for and advises clients in commercial, environmental, insurance, real estate, and Proposition 65 matters.
