Ellen Kaufman Wolf is the founder of Wolf Wallenstein, a business and real estate law boutique.  Ms. Wolf’s practice has emphasized real estate matters for more than thirty years, since leaving Gibson Dunn & Crutcher as a young lawyer.  Ms. Wolf has represented companies large and small, and their executives, in a wide variety of matters, including representation of syndicators, developers, property management companies, and real estate entrepreneurs, including negotiation and drafting of term sheets, letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, joint venture, partnership and shareholder agreements, private placements, opinion letters, 1031 exchange, commercial and residential leasing, employment, landlord/tenant and other issues involving operation of residential multi-family and commercial properties.
