He has both prosecuted and defended claims through trial in federal and state court, with an emphasis on resolving cost recovery matters arising out of environmental, insurance, and contract liabilities. He has substantial experience representing commercial and residential property owners and developers, waste handlers and transporters, railway transportation companies, design professionals, metal manufacturers and recyclers, aerospace equipment manufacturers, automobile parts manufacturers, and pesticide manufacturers and distributors in complex environmental litigation and regulatory proceedings.
